Shipping
Currently we only ship within the United States
Once an order is placed an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the customer with a link where they
may view the day-to-day status of their order.
Shipping out of Spoiled With Love Warehouse normally occurs within 48-72 hours from the time
we receive a customers order, assuming all items ordered are in stock.
Should there be an item Out Of Stock, that will hold up the entire order until all items are available
to ship out. When an item is out of stock it may take 2-3 weeks to ship the entire order out. Order
status can always be viewed from the link in the e-mail confirmation.
Orders can be split, where items in stock can be sent first and then the rest of the order will be
sent later, but there will be another shipping charge applied to the customer for the second
shipment. In order to have split orders customers must contact the customer service department
and speak to a representative about splitting the order and getting a quote for the shipping fees.
The price of shipping is based on weigh. Shipping schedule is as follows in addition to the 48-72
hours it takes to process and ship out an order:
Standard Shipping 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail 3-4 Business Days
Express Mail 1-2 Business Days (Depending on location)
Allow 3-4 weeks for engraved or embroidered items to ship, and 4-6 weeks for all special order
and custom made items. Some items may be rushed, however a rush fee will apply to each item.
