Returns
We hope that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. All items may be
exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt. Excluding, but not limited to, personalized,
engraved, or embroidered items, special order or custom items, and undergarments (due to
sanitary reasons).
Shoes and sandals may be returned and are subject to a 10% restocking fee for special occasion
shoes. Shoes that are not in perfect, unworn condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are inspected for cleanliness and defects prior to being shipped. Shoes may not be
returned if they have been worn outside, show any signs of wear, have become soiled, or have
been dyed. If we receive shoes that are not in perfect condition they will be sent back to the
customer at customer's expense.
A return or exchange may be made for items that are unopened, unused, in its original packaging,
and in resalable condition. An original sales receipt must also be enclosed (photo copies are
accepted). Shipping fees will automatically be charged to customers for all exchanges.
To make a return or exchange:
Please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization code. Any packages
that are exchanged or returned without a return authorization code will not be accepted. Our
returns and exchange department must receive the package within 10 days from when the
authorization code is issued, or else the return/exchange will not be accepted.
Personalized/embroidered items and special order/specially made products can only be canceled if
the order has not been processed. Otherwise item may not be canceled and is a final sale.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer, and all shipping
duties are non-refundable and is the customers responsibility, unless there is an error on our part.

For your own protection, Spoiled With Love requests that all customers use a shipping service
such as UPS, FED EX, or USPS (with Signature Confirmation). This is to ensure tracking and
package delivery. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot
issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
